3 tablespoons butter
4 skinless, boneless chick breast halves
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Miss G’s Seasoning or seasoning salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon to ½ teaspoon pepper
Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle over meat.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat and add chicken.
Sauté about 10 to 15 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
Serve with green salad or vegetable of choice.
