I love when my husband makes burgers on the grill! It’s something about mixing the ground beef with the seasonings and making the patties, seems to make them taste better. Try this recipe, it is a perfect combination of spices and textures!
Ingredients
1 pound of lean hamburger meat (93% Lean)
¼ teaspoon Miss G’s All-Purpose Seasoning
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup bread crumbs
Buns or favorite bread
Toppings of choice: cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon, mayo, ketchup, mustard, mushrooms, etc.)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and shape into burgers. .I use a hamburger press that helps with compressing the meat and making perfectly shaped patties. Grill to desired doneness. Add a slice of your favorite cheese, toppings and serve on a bun!
